Dia 07.11.11 aconteceu o primeiro encontro do VivaLevemente Reeducação Alimentar e Emagrecimento na modalidade Grupo Empresarial.
Neste primeiro encontro além de uma avaliação nutricional individual os integrantes foram informados de como será o funcionamento do programa. Também, votaram o nome do grupo e fizeram as fotos para o antes e depois para comparar o emagrecimento.
Fizemos a dinâmica da cápsula do tempo onde trabalhamos o envolvimento emocional e comprometimento de cada integrantes com a seu estado nutricional.
O tema do encontro foi : Reeducação Alimentar e de tema de casa, já levaram para casa algumas dicas para seguir.
No próximo encontro receberão sua avaliação nutricional, seu plano alimentar individual e instruções para segui-lo.
No VivaLevemente emagrecer é diferente, é para sempre!
